Volunteer opportunities (16 +)

WHO ARE WE & WHAT WE DO: Barnardo’s Inclusive Play & Leisure Service is a local project in the Blackburn with Darwen area. It is funded by the ‘Big Lottery’

• Our aim is to provide support for children / young people & their  families. Who’s children /young people  have a Moderate Learning  Disability. The age range is 8-18yrs
• With support from our Volunteers they will enable the children/ young people  to access play & leisure activities of their choice out in the community.
• You can make a difference to the project by volunteering with Barnardo’s.
• Volunteers will receive support, training, expenses, thank you events,references from the Volunteer Co-ordinator.
• An input and say on how the service is developed.
